Family-Based Green Card

Employment-Based Green Card
There are a variety of ways to become a lawful permanent resident through employment in the United States:

- EB-3 - Skilled workers, professionals or other workers
Immigrant Investor Program - EB-5
Foreing investors may qualify for EB-5 green card classification by investing on U.S. business.

Citizenship Applications
Deciding to become a U.S. citizen is one of the most import decisions an immigrant can make. There may be different ways to obtain citizenship:

Treaty Country - Investor Visas
Treaty Traders (E-1)​

Treaty country citizens that would like to conduct substantial trade in goods, including but not limited to, services and technology, mainly between the U.S. and their country of origin.​

Treaty country citizens that would like to invest a substantial amount of money and direct the operations of an enterprise they have invested in, or are actively investing in.
Temporary Work Visas
Temporary worker visas are for persons who want to enter the United States for employment lasting a fixed period of time, and are considered neither permanent nor indefinite. Each requires a prospective employer to sponsor the visa.

Humanitarian status that allows immigrant children to obtain legal status in the United States and eventually a green card.
Removal of Conditions/Renewal/Replacement of Green Card
If you are a lawful permanent resident or conditional permanent resident and need to either remove the conditions or replace your green card, you will need to file an application.
Change or Extension of Status
​Foreign visitors may request a change or extension of their temporary stay in the United States before their authorized expires.
Inadmissibility Waivers
If you are inadmissible to the United States and are seeking an immigrant visa, adjustment of status, certain nonimmigrant statuses, or certain other immigration benefits, you must file this form to seek a waiver of certain grounds of inadmissibility.
Tourist / Business Visitors
Certain foreign citizens who wish to enter the United States temporarily for business or tourism must first obtain a visa for a temporary stay - B-1 for business, B-2 for tourism, or for a combination of both purposes (B-1/B-2).
